- Assisting the CEO of a FTSE 100 company to negotiate his significant exit package
- Advising the private equity business of one of the World’s wealthiest individuals on the restructuring of part of their workforce
- Advising an Indian listed multinational on TUPE outsourcing issues on a European level
- Representing a major technology company in a board room dispute with a high profile director
- Successfully defending a US based technology business in a series of unfair dismissal claims following a redundancy exercise
- Successfully defending a FTSE 250 company against a serial litigant in person (that litigant having served 22 different claims against our client)
- Advising a leading firm of trade mark lawyers in a restructuring exercise of various departments including a department composed of mainly female trade mark attorneys many of whom had returned from maternity leave or were on maternity leave

- Assisting a group of female equity partners in a well known law firm negotiate settlements with their firm following claims of sex discrimination.
- Advising a senior equity partner from a large reinsurance firm on his partnership deed and then negotiating his retirement deed.
- Advising an Asia based partner of a magic circle law firm on his options following his removal from the partnership then negotiating his settlement terms under a retirement deed.
